Their very unique process begins with the aging of the rice after cultivation for one year and up to seven years. After aging, the rice is refined using the helix method, exclusive to the Rondolino family. This guarantees the lightest shelling and prevents broken grains. In the final step, the carefully selected grains are enriched with their own precious germ using a patented process, restoring the rice with its nutrients.
