E’ Piu’ Mascarpone is obtained when warm, unseasoned cream is thickened using citric acid. The product is white and smooth in appearance, and has a creamy texture.

Padania Alimenti was founded in 1954 in the ICLA plant in Casalmaggiore, producing fresh milk and  fresh cream for distribution in the nearby area. In 1990, the company moved into a new factory and  went on to become a benchmark for the retail and distribution industry.

The company is one of the most important dairy industries of Italy, both for volume and quality of production. A marked national territory distribution, together with the need to consolidate a bond with its place of origin, has created a solid and dynamic food processing company.

Recommended Use: This rich and creamy cheese is ideal for making tiramisu or other delicious dishes, and to be enjoyed on  its own with fresh fruit.
